Big Sky Brewing Co Amphitheater Rules
Big Sky Brewing Amp hopes that you can join their guests in celebrating music and having a great time. But to make sure everyone can relax, the staff has created a set of rules and policies. Please be sure to take the time to read these rules. Because guests failing to abide by these rules may be expelled without refund or banned from the venue.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages are only to be sold to guests age 21 or older. Guests should not drink alcohol unless they are legally able to purchase them. If any guest is found to purchase alcohol for a minor, then they may be expelled from the venue.
Guests should expect to be carded before any alcohol purchase. Alcohol purchases may be limited depending on the the visiting performer.
Animal and Pet Policy
Big Sky Brewing Amp does not permit pets of any kind at the venue. The only exception are service animals as defined by ADA policy. Emotional support animals may not be defined as service animals. All service animals are expected to remain leashed or harnessed and fully under your control during the event.
Camera Policy
Cameras with removable lens, video cameras and recording devices are prohibited. At some shows no photography will be allowed. Please refer to the event description to see what is allowed at that event.
Chair and Blanket Rules
- Low back chairs are welcome.
- 8” max from ground to front of seat bottom
- 30” max to top of chair back in highest position
Food and Water Policy
Outside food or drinks are not permitted. Several food trucks vendors will be available on site as well as Beer, Wine, and Hard Seltzers sold by local non-profit Five Valleys Land Trust. Food trucks sell sodas and non-alcoholic beverages. You are welcome to bring up to 2 factory sealed bottles of water per person. There is also a water filling station on site.
Lost and Found Policy
If you lose something at the venue, please ask staff for help with finding guest services. You can check there to see if your item was returned. Otherwise, please call the venue and prepare to give detailed descriptions of your lost or missing items as well as your contact information.
Please keep in mind, Big Sky Brewing Amp is not responsible for your lost or missing items.
Prohibited Policy
The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue:
- Any Outside Alcoholic or other Beverages
- Artificial Noise Makers
- Audio or Video Recording equipment
- Cameras (camera policies vary on an event by event basis)
- Backpacks
- Beach Balls
- Canes, Chains or Sticks of any length (non-medical use canes)
- Cans, Glass or Metal containers
- Costume masks
- Fireworks or any Explosive
- Folding Chairs
- Food and Beverage
- Helium Balloons
- Illegal Drugs
- Knives of any size
- Laser Pointers
- Pets (except service animals for patrons with disabilities)
- Promotional items with commercial identification
- Strollers (at select events)
- Tape Recorders
- Large golf or non-telescopic umbrellas
- Weapons of any description, including firearms
- Signs, banners, flags or any other items that would either obstruct the view of a patron or serve as a dangerous projectile or security risk.
- Other items as deemed by management.
Any illegal item may be confiscated before you pass through the gate. Big Sky Brewing Amp is not responsible for your confiscated items and they may be disposed of.
Re-Entry Policy
No re-entry is allowed. Please make sure you only pass through the gate when you have everything you need. Do not leave the venue unless you are ready to go home.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in most areas of the venue. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Please ask on-site staff for directions to smoking areas.
Weather Policy
All concerts are held rain or shine. Be prepared for extremes such as heat, wind, or rain. Dress accordingly, as the temperature may drop noticeably after sunset. No umbrellas, please.
